Laura's Birthday Blog is a couple days late. Sorry about that. Her birthday was on Saturday, which was a fun and busy day as you'll see in my next post.
So, happy birthday to my little sister, who is also one of my best friends.
Our moving out here to the East Coast together was a very happy accident. I don't know what I would have done out here without her. She is my constant source of support, comfort and encouragement.
She cheers me on in everything I do. She is always there for my birthday, holidays, races, chick flicks, disappointments and celebrations.
She is always out and about finding great things to do, enjoying life and experiencing everything the DC/Baltimore area has to offer. And she does it all with three kids in tow! They are lucky to have such a wonderful adventurous mom!
She allows me and encourages me to play a big role in the lives of her girls. They light up my life, bringing humor and joy. Spending time with Laura & Clark & their family eases my homesickness and makes my desires for marriage and family feel achievable.
A beacon of patience and strength in my life ~ my sister. Happy Birthday Laura!!
